Got speaking to a producer called Specters from San Francisco, and he sent me some info about his upcoming release. I've heard some of his tracks, and they're impressive stuff. I've got the press release below, so check it out, there's a couple of free tracks included!
SUB PHILO MUSIC GROUP proudly presents SPECTERS - HURT ME EP - OUT NOW exclusively @BEATPORT // WORLDWIDE on 08.23.11
A San Francisco Bay Area native originally was a Noise producer until 2006 when he first heard the sounds of Dubstep. After a few years of producing with Danny Mickleburgh as NONEWYORK, Tyler has struck out on his own to recapture the origins of why he loved the Dubstep sound and the ever evolving Bass music scene. Combining elements from Garage, Dubstep, Jungle and Noise music, Specters has gone to the deep end of the bass spectrum creating haunting songs that float between emotion 2-step material to dark minimal dubstep. Finding early support from Kastle, Dark Sky, Submerse, Sam Supa, Thrills and more, Specters continues to push into the darker territories of Bass music.
